The Old Hard Rock Cafe..for Lease?
It's true. The building is located at McKinney & Routh in Uptown Dallas. I may be late on this one, but this property is now for lease. Here's the flyer. After all of the back and forth on it, it seems that they are back at square one. Interesting.

While a CVS drugstore would have been another eyesore, a vacant, ugly building is going to be worse, and limited parking will insure that it will be vacant for quite some time.
There is absolutely nothing historic about that former church. It should have been torn down the day after the Hard Rock closed.
Somehow a drug store seems oddly appropriate for a former rock venue...
It looks like the building will be torn down and something more fitting of the growing urban area will replace it...
