Dallas now has both the highest dropout rate and one of the highest crime rates of any city over 1 million population in the US. The two are related. If this bond does not pass they will continue. Now a three year old project in Dallas ISD is changing that. See www.studentmotivation.org/PinkstonSunset.html. Such progress will be hard to continue without this bond passing.
