DISD May Question Some Unemployment Benefits?
That's the headline from a recent post on Allen Gwinn's Dallas.org. It suggests that DISD may challenge a RIF'd educator's benefits if they don't sign all of their agreements. It's worth a read.

Booo! I'm so glad Mr.Gwinn contacted a REAL lawyer to state that this practice is illegal. DISD has gotten away with far too much as it is, and the UNION lawyers haven't been much help.
